REGISTRATION FEE
All students must pay an annual registration fee. This is separate from tuition and is not refundable. The fee must be turned in with your registration forms for a place to be reserved for your child. If you register more than one child, please fill out registration forms for each child. REGISTRATION PACKET
The folowing forms will need to be completed as part of the enrollment process.
- Registration Form
- Parental Consent
- CACFP Annual Enrollment Form, Meal Benefit Eligibility Form, and Parent Letter
